Welcome to my website!
I'm passionate about child care and early years and have worked in the field since leaving school. I have been working freelance for over 13 years, delivering bespoke training for local authorities around the country, for educational organsiations, in a variety of early years settings and schools. I have experience working with Montessori settings and Independent schools. I also regularly contribute to various Early Years publications and have 3 books published.
As well as training, I offer consultancy services including popular mock inspections working with settings to improve quality and maintain continuous imporvement. For more details see the consultancy services page. I also write books and articles on early years.
